1.我行(部)只對(duì)本證明書(shū)所指明期間內(nèi)，被證明人在我行(部)償還貸款及利息、資金結(jié)算和執(zhí)行結(jié)算紀(jì)律情況的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。我行(部)對(duì)本證明書(shū)所指明期間之前或之后上述情況發(fā)生的任何變化不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
2.本證明書(shū)只用于前款特定用途，不得轉(zhuǎn)讓?zhuān)�不得作為�?dān)保、融資等其他事項(xiàng)的證明。
3.本證明書(shū)為正本，只限送往證明接受人，涂改、復(fù)印無(wú)效。我行(部)對(duì)被證明人、證明書(shū)接受人運(yùn)用本資信證明書(shū)產(chǎn)生的后果，不承擔(dān)任何法律責(zé)任。
4.本證明書(shū)經(jīng)我行(部)負(fù)責(zé)人或授權(quán)代理人簽字并加蓋公章后方能生效。
5.本證明書(shū)包括中英文版本各一份，兩種文字有抵觸時(shí)，以中文文本為準(zhǔn)。
6.本證明書(shū)適用中華人民共和國(guó)法律。
7.本證明書(shū)的解釋權(quán)歸我行(部)所有。

XX comapany is the unit which opens an account in my bank.The company always observes the rules of fund administration of our bank and our nation.It was regarded as the AA-clacredit enterprise .This company has the balance of RMB eight billion yuan by Nov.14th ,2003.Next there is no text.
Note:1.This qualification certificate can't be the gist of cession ,hypothecate ,financing or financing in disguised form.
2.This certifacate is original,which is sent to the company,invalid when alter or copy.
3.Commercial Bank of China will bring this text into effect from January 1st 2004.
