　　只要是周六日我們上課，在教室的最后邊總是坐著幾個我們前一個輔導(dǎo)班的學(xué)生，你不知道怎么回事吧？有的是上課聽寫錯的多，有的是家庭作業(yè)完成的不好，李老師對這樣的學(xué)生是當(dāng)天的錯一定要當(dāng)天糾正！一般都是趁著我們朗讀或同坐之間口語對話時，去給他們一對一輔導(dǎo)，直到他們都會了才算過關(guān)。

　　一模一樣的錯誤答案

　　有一天周六，我們輔導(dǎo)班考了AB兩張卷子，有兩位同坐的同學(xué)有兩道題錯的地方一樣，而且是一模一樣的錯誤答案，聰明的李老師下課把他們倆都留下，給他們講了很多道理，并告訴他們“學(xué)習(xí)不能自己糊弄自己，爸爸媽媽為了讓你們對英語知識掌握的更牢固些，才額外花錢讓你們來學(xué)習(xí)，如果你們不想學(xué)，還不如就別花這個冤枉錢，你們?nèi)舨桓倪@個惡習(xí)，我把學(xué)費退給你們，以后不要來了�！崩罾蠋煹脑捪袂庙懙木�鐘，以后的很多次考試，這樣的事情再也沒發(fā)生過。

　　和我們在學(xué)校上課一樣，李老師在課堂上提問題，都是要求我們舉手回答，不一樣的是李老師搞突然襲擊，有時竟然偏偏叫不舉手的同學(xué)回答，李老師自然是有她自己獨到的教學(xué)方法，“我就是想看看這些不舉手的學(xué)生究竟哪些地方不會？是不敢說英語口語不行？還是知識掌握的不全面？”就是李老師不定時的突然襲擊，我們都自覺地上課認(rèn)真聽講，老師提的問題我們都認(rèn)真對待，有時老師竟然找不到不舉手的同學(xué)。

　　這次期末英語考試，我們英語輔導(dǎo)班二十多名學(xué)生，都取得了優(yōu)異的成績，李老師謙虛的說，這么好的成績，是我們自己努力的結(jié)果！
